How to upgrade/downgrade game servers

1, Assumption

Most parts of our system are multilingual.

FOR THE CLIENT PORTAL, THE DISPLAY LANGUAGE IS AUTOMATICALLY SET BASED ON THE COUNTRY CODE OF THE IP FROM WHICH YOU ARE ACCESSING.

For the images used in this article, the display language is set to English, but your native language will actually be set as the display language. (Japanese, Korean, Chinese, English)

2，Upgrade/downgrade of game server

Our game servers can be easily upgraded/downgraded from the client portal.

Upgrades and downgrades can be performed while the server is running, without the need to restart the server.

This allows for flexible use, such as downgrading during periods of non-use to save money, and upgrading only when the number of simultaneous connections is high or when the number of users is large.

Please note that the billing system for upgrades/downgrades is as follows

The pro-rated fee for the remaining usage period at the time of upgrade/downgrade will be added to the bill/refunded to the deposit.

Pro-rated refunds for downgrades will only be refunded to the deposit in our client portal account.

3，Upgrade/Downgrade Method

Select the appropriate server instance from "Services" in the Client Portal.

Click on the "Upgrade/Downgrade" button on the Service Overview page.

Select a plan name on the destination screen and click "Continue.

For upgrades, you will be billed for additional fees and the payment procedure screen will appear.

The game server upgrade will be implemented once the fee payment process is completed.

In the case of a downgrade, a pro-rated refund for the remaining usage period will be processed from the time of the downgrade procedure, and the game servers will be downgraded.
