By purchasing services from our website, you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or terminate services provided for any reason, with or without refund, notice, or warning. We also reserve the right to change the Terms of Service at any time, with or without notice to Client. It is the Client's responsibility to regularly familiarize himself or herself with the most current Terms of Use. If Client fails to comply with any new or amended Terms of Service, its services will be terminated at the Company's discretion.

  • Please use good faith and common sense.
  • We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. It is your responsibility to be aware of and keep our Terms and Conditions current.
  • Do not use our services for any activity that is illegal in Japan or your country of residence.
  • DO NOT RUN ANY MODS/APPLICATIONS THAT WOULD INTERFERE WITH OUR SERVICE, E.G., THAT GENERATE A LOT OF TRAFFIC.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to sign up for our services. If you are under 18, please obtain the consent of a parent or guardian.

7. security

  • Do not share your account details with third parties.
  • If you would like to grant a friend access to the game panel to jointly manage the server, please submit a ticket.
  • Do not use our services for any activity that is illegal in Japan or your country of residence.

8. payment

  • Services will be activated after the first payment is received at the time of application.
  • If you do not renew your service before your contract expires, you will have 3 days to do so; after this period, your service will be suspended.
  • You may pay the overdue service fee and resume the suspended service within 5 days after the service expiration date.
  • After 10 days past the service expiration date, the service will be terminated and the game server instance will be deleted.
  • In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, your account will be suspended immediately.
  • Credits credited to your account are non-refundable and non-withdrawable.

9. 72-hour money-back guarantee

  • Customers may request a refund only within 72 hours of the new service becoming active.
  • This money-back guarantee is available only once.
  • If you are requesting a refund, please submit your ticket and our staff may ask you why you would like a refund.
  • Refunds will be made to your PayPal account.
  • Refund requests will be denied if you are found to be abusing the money back guarantee program by requesting multiple refunds or misrepresenting your identity.

10 If an overpayment or erroneous payment occurs

  • If you have inadvertently paid for services twice, please submit the ticket and our staff will refund your money after reviewing the details.

11 Cancellation of service

  • Customers can cancel at any time on the Service Management page of the Client Portal.
  • If the service is cancelled, the game server instance will be deleted immediately.

12. handling of personal information

  • Personal information" refers to "personal information" as defined in Japan's Personal Information Protection Law, and includes information about living individuals that can identify specific individuals by name, date of birth, address, telephone number, contact information, and other descriptions, as well as data concerning appearance, fingerprints, voiceprints, and other information that can be used to identify specific individuals. Information that can identify a specific individual from said information alone, such as the insurer number on a health insurance card (personal identification information).

  2. Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the revised Privacy Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on the Website.
