1. Preamble

For the benefit of all our customers, we have established several rules and regulations regarding our services. Since compliance with these is important, we have made every effort to make them as clear, concise, and readable as possible. For the purposes of this document, “Your Service” and similar terms refer to any service you own and rent from us.
If you have any questions after reading the Terms of Use, please feel free to submit a support ticket and ask about any of these points. We will make every effort to provide appropriate notice of major changes to this document, but this may not always be possible. Therefore, please check frequently for the latest information.

4. Binding Nature of Terms of Use

By purchasing services from our website, you are deemed to have agreed to be bound by our Terms of Use. We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or terminate the services provided, with or without refund, notice, or warning, for any reason whatsoever. Additionally, we reserve the right to modify the Terms of Use at any time, with or without notice to the client. It is the client’s responsibility to periodically review and understand the latest Terms of Use. If a client fails to comply with changes to the new Terms of Use, that service may be terminated at our discretion.

6. General Provisions

  • Please exercise good faith and common sense.
  • We reserve the right to modify the Terms of Use at any time. It is your responsibility to remain aware of and maintain knowledge of our current Terms of Use.
  • Do not use our services for activities that are illegal in Japan or the country in which you reside.
  • Do not run MODs/applications that interfere with our services, such as those that generate excessive traffic.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to contract for our services; if you are under 18 years of age, you must obtain parental consent before contracting.

7. Security

  • Do not share your account details with third parties.
  • If you wish to allow friends access to the game panel to jointly manage the server, please submit a ticket.
  • Do not use our services for activities that are illegal in Japan or the country in which you reside.

8. Payment

  • Services become active after the initial payment is received at the time of application.
  • If you do not renew your service before the contract expiration date, there is a 3-day grace period; after this period, the service will be suspended.
  • For 5 days after the service expiration date, you can pay the overdue service fee and reactivate the suspended service.
  • If more than 10 days have passed since the service expiration date, the service will be terminated and the game server instance will also be deleted.
  • In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, the account will be immediately suspended.
  • Credits deposited into your account cannot be refunded or withdrawn.

9. 72-Hour Refund Guarantee

  • You may request a refund only within 72 hours after a new service becomes active.
  • This refund guarantee may be used only once.
  • If you wish to request a refund, please submit a ticket; our staff may ask for the reason you wish to receive a refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to your PayPal account.
  • If it is confirmed that multiple refund requests have been made or that the refund guarantee system has been abused by falsifying identity, the refund request will be denied.

10. In the Event of Overpayment or Erroneous Payment

  • If you accidentally pay the service fee twice, please submit a ticket; our staff will review the matter and issue a refund.

11. Service Cancellation

  • You may cancel at any time from the service management screen in the client portal.
  • When a service is canceled, the game server instance will be deleted immediately.

12. Handling of Personal Information

  • “Personal Information” refers to “personal information” as defined in the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (個人情報保護法) established in Japan, and refers to information about living individuals that can identify specific individuals through descriptions such as name, date of birth, address, telephone number, contact information, and other details contained in the information, as well as information that can identify specific individuals from the information alone, such as appearance, fingerprints, voiceprints, and health insurance card insurer numbers (personal identification information).

12.1 Methods of Collecting Personal Information

  • When users register for use, we may ask for personal information such as name, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address, bank account number, and driver’s license number. Credit card information is structured so that it is never stored on our servers.

12.2 Purposes of Collecting and Using Personal Information

The purposes for which we collect and use personal information are as follows:

  1. To provide and operate our services
  2. To respond to inquiries from users (including identity verification)
  3. To send emails regarding new features, updates, campaigns, etc. of the services users are currently using, as well as information about other services we provide
  4. To contact users as necessary, such as for maintenance and important notices
  5. To identify users who violate the Terms of Use or attempt to use the services for fraudulent or improper purposes, and to refuse their use
  6. To enable users to view, change, delete their own registration information and view their usage status
  7. To bill users for usage fees for paid services
  8. Purposes incidental to the above purposes of use

12.3 Changes to Purposes of Use

  1. We may change the purposes of use of personal information only to the extent that it is reasonably recognized to be related to the pre-change purpose.
  2. In the event of a change to the purpose of use, we will notify users of the changed purpose by our prescribed method or publish it on this website.

12.4 Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties

  1. We will not provide personal information to third parties without the prior consent of users, except in the following cases. However, this excludes cases permitted by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other laws and regulations.
  2. When it is necessary for the protection of the life, body, or property of a person, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person
  3. When it is particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound growth of children, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person
  4. When an order for information disclosure has been issued by a national agency or in accordance with relevant laws and regulations

12.5 Suspension of Use of Personal Information

  1. If a person requests suspension of use or deletion (hereinafter referred to as “suspension of use, etc.”) of their personal information on the grounds that it is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or that it was obtained by fraudulent means, we will promptly conduct the necessary investigation.
  2. If, based on the results of the investigation in the preceding paragraph, we determine that it is necessary to comply with the request, we will promptly suspend the use, etc., of the personal information.
  3. If we suspend the use, etc., of personal information based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or if we make a decision not to suspend use, etc., we will promptly notify the user.
  4. We will delete all personal information of users 60 days after they cancel all services.

12.6 Policy Changes

  1. The contents of this policy may be changed without notice to users, except for matters otherwise specified in laws and regulations or this policy.
  2. Unless otherwise specified by us, the revised Privacy Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
