TRANSPARENCY

Ending confusing pricing practices.

Confusing pricing practices are widespread in the game server hosting industry.
We do not accept that.

Common industry practices

Confusing pricing

  • First month only cheap, then suddenly skyrockets Discounts like "50% off first month" make the monthly price appear low, then charge several times more from the second month.
  • Mandatory long-term prepayment Advertises "¥xxx/month" but that price only applies when paying 12 months upfront; monthly billing is significantly higher.
  • First-year-only discounted pricing display Prominently shows "first-year limited price" or "campaign price," obscuring regular pricing and automatic renewal rates.
  • Early termination fees and minimum contract periods Discounted rates come with contract period lock-ins and penalties. Difficult to cancel if gaming needs change.
  • Auto-renewal trap Renews at introductory discount rate initially, then you're suddenly charged regular price (often 2-3x higher) without notice.
Our commitment

Clear and transparent pricing

  • Displayed price = Price you pay The monthly/annual rates shown on this page continue to apply consistently. No hidden price increases.
  • Both monthly and annual billing available Choosing monthly billing does not result in a surcharge. Annual billing equals 10 months of monthly payments (2 months savings).
  • Clear total pricing We display both excluding and including tax, so you can clearly confirm the exact amount you'll pay before applying.
  • No termination fees or minimum contract periods Cancel anytime if your gaming needs change. We never charge penalties.
  • Difference settlement for upgrades/downgrades Plan changes require only difference settlement. No need to "overshoot" with a larger plan.

PAYMENT

We don’t store your card number.

Payments are processed by PayPal, Square and Stripe.

We never store your full card number

For card payments, the card number itself is held by our payment processor (Stripe), which is PCI DSS compliant. All we keep is the brand, last 4 digits and expiry date to identify the card, plus an encrypted token used for recurring billing.

We never store your security code

With any payment method, we never store your card’s security code (CVV / CVC).

3-D Secure supported

Stripe card payments support 3-D Secure, your card issuer’s cardholder authentication. VISA / Mastercard / JCB / American Express are accepted.

Here is exactly how each payment method is handled.

Stripe card payment (recurring; 3-D Secure supported)
The card number itself is stored securely by our payment processor (Stripe), which is PCI DSS compliant. We do not keep the full card number on our servers — only the brand, last 4 digits and expiry date to identify the card, plus an encrypted payment token used for recurring billing. Subsequent charges are processed with that token.
PayPal (recurring)
With PayPal recurring payments, your card details are stored neither on our servers nor by our payment processor. All we keep is the billing-agreement ID issued by PayPal and billing information such as the next charge date and amount. Your funding source (PayPal balance, linked bank account, linked card, and so on) stays entirely within your PayPal account.
Square (one-time)
Square payments are one-time only. Recurring billing is not supported, and we never store any information used for future charges (card details, tokens, and so on). To keep your service running, please complete the payment again at each renewal.
Cancel or remove a payment method at any time
You can remove or change a stored payment method from the client portal at any time (for PayPal, you can cancel automatic payments from the “Automatic payments” settings in your PayPal account). If you would like your service to stop renewing, please submit a cancellation request (“End of billing period”) from the client portal. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum term.

We issue an invoice about one week before the due date and email it to your registered address. For full details see Payment methods for usage fees →.

INFRASTRUCTURE

The unglamorous work of staying online.

Our servers are housed in a data centre with the following facilities.

HOW DATA TRAVELS Player Line A Line B Redundant network (2 routes) Game server Spare units included Storage Spread across NVMe SSDs (Ceph) HOW POWER TRAVELS Mains power Normal operation UPS (battery backup) N+1: one more than needed On-site generator For longer outages Powers the serversIf one part stops, another path or another unit takes over.
Redundant servers

Equipment is run with spares in place, so a single hardware failure does not take the service down.

Redundant storage (Ceph · NVMe)

Your data is held across multiple NVMe SSDs. If one drive fails, the data is not lost.

Redundant network

There is more than one route to the internet, so traffic keeps flowing even if one path goes down.

UPS with N+1

Battery units keep the power on during an outage, and we keep one more unit than strictly required — so power continues even if a unit fails.

On-site generator

For longer outages there is a generator on site. It takes over while the UPS bridges the gap.

Keeping your server online is the priority — starting with the facilities it runs on.

PRICE BENCHMARK

Price comparison with equivalent specifications

Satisfactory server load depends more on factory scale than player count.
For a configuration that supports large factories (12GB class), here's a reference comparison of industry average and our pricing.

We provide 12GB (Medium) with no additional charge for $19.49 including tax, supporting large factory operations. Our higher-tier Large plan features 24GB memory for 16 players at $31.74/month (excluding tax), offering rare large memory capacity in this price range.

※ "Industry average" is an approximate reference based on equivalent memory configuration plan prices published by major game server hosting providers as of June 2026 (varies by exchange rate, timing, and conditions).
Since each provider's plans change over time and by condition, please confirm actual pricing on each provider's official website.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How long before I can use the server after applying?
The server is automatically provisioned after payment completes. Typically, you can start using it within minutes to tens of minutes. We'll notify you via email when setup is complete.
For post-setup operations, see Game Panel Login and Feature Overview.
The steps through to connecting are covered in Satisfactory – Initial Setup.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade anytime from your client portal. Your server data is preserved, and billing uses pro-rata adjustment. Scale specs gradually as your factory expands.
Operation instructions are at How to Upgrade/Downgrade a Game Server.
What payment methods are available?
Self-service online payment is available through PayPal, Square and Stripe (credit card). For any other payment method, please ask us via a support ticket. Your server builds automatically once payment is received.
Detailed payment steps are in How to Pay Your Service Fees.
How do I cancel or terminate service?
Submit a cancellation request from your client portal. There are no minimum commitment periods or cancellation fees. Monthly plans can be used through the end of the contract month; annual plans through the end of the contract year.
Steps are at How to Cancel a Game Server Service.
Is pricing including or excluding tax?
All large price displays on this page are excluding tax, with the tax-included amount (10% consumption tax) shown below. This aligns with our other services (Cloud/VPS/GPU, etc.). You'll be charged the tax-included amount.
How do I invite friends?
Share the server connection info (IP address and port) with your friends. They can connect via "Add Server" in-game.
Server name, admin password, and join password are set in-game via the server manager on first connection (not in the game panel—set in-game). See the setup flow in the Server Setup Guide.
Can I restore from backups?
Yes. Restore save data with one click from the Backup tab in your game panel. We keep 3–30 backup generations depending on your plan, so you're covered if a mistake or unexpected issue occurs.
What if Satisfactory gets updated?
No problem. Our server template is designed to automatically follow Satisfactory updates and automatically protects/repairs server file integrity. Connection errors from version mismatches are prevented, and your game stays up-to-date via Steam's auto-update.
Are player slot limits strictly enforced?
Slot counts shown in plans are recommended concurrent connection guidelines, not guaranteed limits. Satisfactory performance depends far more on factory scale and complexity than on player count. Use these as reference values.
