Server hosting

Conan Exiles

Dedicated server hosting for Conan Exiles Enhanced.
Automatic provisioning after ordering, settings that are protected automatically and backups are included.
It follows game updates automatically, keeping maintenance work to a minimum.

You set the number of concurrent players yourself from the game panel (the game’s own limit is 70); no plan caps it.
How many play comfortably depends on your world size, how much you have built, and the plan’s CPU cores and memory.

TRANSPARENCY

Putting an end to confusing pricing.

The game-server hosting industry is full of pricing practices that are hard to understand.
We refuse to accept that.

Common industry practices

Confusing pricing

  • Cheap first month, then a sharp jump Discounts like “50% off the first month” make the monthly price look low, then it multiplies from the second month.
  • Forced long-term prepayment A “¥xxx/mo” headline that only applies with a 12-month upfront payment, while paying monthly costs far more.
  • First-year-only discounted pricing “First-year price” or “campaign price” is shown prominently, hiding the regular price from year two and the change at auto-renewal.
  • Cancellation fees & minimum terms With a discount applied, cancelling within the term incurs a penalty, making it hard to leave even when your setup changes.
  • The auto-renewal trap It auto-renews from the intro price, and before you know it you’re billed the regular price (sometimes 2–3×).
Our promise

Clear, transparent pricing

  • Listed price = price you pay The monthly price shown on this page keeps applying as-is. There are no hidden increases.
  • Monthly billing, no lock-in Simple monthly-only pricing. No annual contracts or long-term lock-in.
  • Clear total pricing We show both tax-excluded and tax-included prices, so you can clearly confirm what you’ll actually pay before ordering.
  • No cancellation fee, no minimum term Cancel anytime when your setup changes. We never charge a penalty.
  • Prorated up/downgrades Plan changes settle only the difference. No need to “just pick the bigger plan to be safe.”

INFRASTRUCTURE

The unglamorous work of staying online.

Our servers are housed in a data centre with the following facilities.

HOW DATA TRAVELS Player Line A Line B Redundant network (2 routes) Game server Spare units included Storage Spread across NVMe SSDs (Ceph) HOW POWER TRAVELS Mains power Normal operation UPS (battery backup) N+1: one more than needed On-site generator For longer outages Powers the serversIf one part stops, another path or another unit takes over.
Redundant servers

Equipment is run with spares in place, so a single hardware failure does not take the service down.

Redundant storage (Ceph · NVMe)

Your data is held across multiple NVMe SSDs. If one drive fails, the data is not lost.

Redundant network

There is more than one route to the internet, so traffic keeps flowing even if one path goes down.

UPS with N+1

Battery units keep the power on during an outage, and we keep one more unit than strictly required — so power continues even if a unit fails.

On-site generator

For longer outages there is a generator on site. It takes over while the UPS bridges the gap.

Keeping your server online is the priority — starting with the facilities it runs on.

PAYMENT

We don’t store your card number.

Payments are processed by PayPal, Square and Stripe.

We never store your full card number

For card payments, the card number itself is held by our payment processor (Stripe), which is PCI DSS compliant. All we keep is the brand, last 4 digits and expiry date to identify the card, plus an encrypted token used for recurring billing.

We never store your security code

With any payment method, we never store your card’s security code (CVV / CVC).

3-D Secure supported

Stripe card payments support 3-D Secure, your card issuer’s cardholder authentication. VISA / Mastercard / JCB / American Express are accepted.

Here is exactly how each payment method is handled.

Stripe card payment (recurring; 3-D Secure supported)
The card number itself is stored securely by our payment processor (Stripe), which is PCI DSS compliant. We do not keep the full card number on our servers — only the brand, last 4 digits and expiry date to identify the card, plus an encrypted payment token used for recurring billing. Subsequent charges are processed with that token.
PayPal (recurring)
With PayPal recurring payments, your card details are stored neither on our servers nor by our payment processor. All we keep is the billing-agreement ID issued by PayPal and billing information such as the next charge date and amount. Your funding source (PayPal balance, linked bank account, linked card, and so on) stays entirely within your PayPal account.
Square (one-time)
Square payments are one-time only. Recurring billing is not supported, and we never store any information used for future charges (card details, tokens, and so on). To keep your service running, please complete the payment again at each renewal.
Cancel or remove a payment method at any time
You can remove or change a stored payment method from the client portal at any time (for PayPal, you can cancel automatic payments from the “Automatic payments” settings in your PayPal account). If you would like your service to stop renewing, please submit a cancellation request (“End of billing period”) from the client portal. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum term.

We issue an invoice about one week before the due date and email it to your registered address. For full details see Payment methods for usage fees →.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

We keep improving.

Here are the main updates to our Conan Exiles servers.

We continuously improve our Conan Exiles servers to provide a more comfortable and stable environment.

August 2026
Support for Conan Exiles Enhanced

We rebuilt our server template for Conan Exiles Enhanced. It now runs without a compatibility layer, and we reviewed the whole path from boot to connection.

Support for editing configuration files directly

If you leave a field in the game panel empty, the value written in the configuration file is respected as-is. You can manage some items from the panel and fine-tune the rest in the files.

Automatic tracking of game updates

The server fetches the latest version automatically when it restarts. You do not need to swap files by hand every time there is an update.

* The list above is an excerpt of the main improvements only.

FEATURES

Service Features

Every plan includes the following features as standard.

⚙️

Automatic setup

After you order, your server is built and delivered fully set up automatically. To manage it, an intuitive dedicated game panel lets you change settings, upload/download files and handle a wide range of needs.

⬇️

Automatic tracking of game updates

When a Conan Exiles update is released, the server fetches the latest version automatically on restart. No manual file swapping or command-line work is required.

🔄

Automatic settings protection

Server settings can be changed from the input fields in the game panel, or by editing the configuration files directly. If you leave a field in the panel empty, whatever is written in the file for that item is respected as-is. This is designed so you never have to re-enter your settings after an update.

High performance

All hardware is built from durable, server-grade components. If you outgrow your specs, you can easily upgrade while keeping your data.

📡

Monitoring for stutter

We continuously monitor how each server behaves and detect early signs of rubber-banding (stutter). What we find feeds back into how we size and design resources, so play stays smooth.

🛡️

DDoS protection

The game servers are protected by a system that defends against DDoS attacks. We provide a stable game-server environment.

DEEP CUSTOMIZATION

Tune it your way,
without losing your settings.

Everyday settings can be adjusted from the input fields in the game panel, and finer details from the configuration files.
What makes us different is that what you wrote is respected. If you leave a field in the panel empty, that item follows exactly what is written in the file. It is designed so “the panel overwrote my settings” never happens.

For example, you can match how you like to play

EXAMPLE: A relaxed game
Raise experience and harvest rates so you can focus on building your base.
EXAMPLE: PvE with friends
Set a join password and keep it to your own group.
EXAMPLE: A tougher game
Lower the multipliers for a more demanding survival experience.
EXAMPLE: Running a large clan
Adjust slots and restart schedules to match how you run the server.

* Available settings follow the game specification and may change with updates.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How soon can I use the server after ordering?
Once payment is complete, the server is built automatically. It is usually ready within a few to a few dozen minutes, and we email you when setup is done.
For what to do after setup, see Logging in to the game panel & feature overview .
How do I connect to the server?
Please connect from the in-game server browser or the in-game direct connect. Entering the IP address and port from your setup email into the in-game direct connect field is the most reliable way. If you prefer to search by name, use the in-game server list.
You can also add the server to your Steam server list. Registration uses the query port rather than the game port. See the first-time setup guide for how to find it and the steps involved.
I cannot join the server after a game update
This happens when the client and server versions do not match. Please restart the server from the game panel; it fetches the latest version on restart.
Fetching an update can take a few minutes. You will not be able to connect until it finishes, so please try again after a short while.
I want to edit the configuration files directly
You can. If you leave a setting in the game panel empty, the value written in the file is used as-is. You can enter only the items you want to manage from the panel, and fine-tune the rest in the files. Files can be edited from the file browser or over FTP.
Can I set a password for the server?
Yes. You can set both a join password and an admin password from the settings in the game panel. The server needs to be restarted after changing them.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade anytime from the client portal. Your server data is kept, and billing is prorated.
For the steps, see How to upgrade/downgrade a game server .
What payment methods do you accept?
Self-service online payment is available through PayPal, Square and Stripe (credit card). For any other payment method, please ask us via a support ticket. Once payment is complete, the server is built automatically.
For detailed payment steps, see How to pay your service fees .
How do I cancel or terminate?
Please submit a cancellation request from the client portal. There is no minimum term or cancellation fee whatsoever. Monthly plans run to the end of the billing month.
For the steps, see How to cancel a game-server service .
Can I restore from a backup?
Yes. Restore your world data in one click from the game panel’s Backup tab. We keep 3–30 generations of backups by plan, so you’re covered even if you accidentally lose a base or data.
Should I set up an automatic restart?
We recommend once a day. The latest game update is applied automatically when the server restarts, so you stay up to date. Choose a time when few people are playing.
See how to set a recurring schedule on your game server for how to set it up.
How often should I take backups? Are short intervals (such as every 15 minutes) a bad idea?
We recommend once per day, at a time with little play activity. Creating a backup compresses the entire server data, so repeating it at short intervals can cause in-game stutter (brief rollbacks).

Also, the number of stored backups is limited per plan (3-30 generations), and scheduled automatic backups rotate out the oldest ones automatically. With short intervals, only the last few tens of minutes of generations remain, which works against you in the crucial “I want to go back to a few days ago” moment. With one backup per day, you keep generations reaching back days to weeks (for details, see the KB section “Automatically manage backup versions (Schedule)”).
What time zone are schedules (e.g., auto-restart) based on?
Schedules are based on Japan Standard Time (JST). For example, “restart daily at 4:00” runs at 4:00 AM Japan time.
What time zone do the servers use? Can it be changed?
All our game servers use Japan Standard Time (JST). Both the management console and the scheduler are based on JST. We do not offer per-server time-zone changes; however, in-game time (day/night cycles, etc.) is independent of the server OS clock, so there is no impact on gameplay.

Note: In July 2026 we standardized the platform clock to Japan time. Servers created before then will switch to JST display after their next restart.
Are prices tax-included or tax-excluded?
The large prices on this page are all tax-excluded, with the tax-included amount (10% consumption tax) shown beneath. This keeps our notation consistent with our other services (cloud / VPS / GPU, etc.). You are billed the tax-included amount.
How many people can play together?
The number of concurrent players is set by you from the game panel, and we do not cap it by plan (the game’s own limit is 70). How many play comfortably depends on your world size, how much you have built, and the plan’s CPU cores and memory. For a larger group, or a heavily built world you intend to run long term, choose a plan with more cores and memory.
Do you store my card details?
No. We never store your card’s security code (CVV / CVC) with any payment method. For card payments, the card number itself is held by our payment processor (Stripe), which is PCI DSS compliant; all we keep is the brand, last 4 digits and expiry date, plus an encrypted token used for recurring billing. With PayPal, your card details are stored neither on our servers nor by our payment processor. See the Payment section on this page for details.
