Yes, it is possible. You can add or reduce resources without stopping the server. This can be easily done with just a few clicks.

Yes, you can upload any file using the file browser.
Can I upgrade to a paid plan while keeping the data from my free plan?
Yes, it is possible. You can easily upgrade to a paid plan with just a few clicks on the client portal site.
Is there no need for difficult setup work like with VPS?
Yes, a server instance with the server application for your selected game title will be automatically built, so no difficult work is required.
