The game panel now shows a “Server environment” notice
Thank you for choosing BESTNET-GSERVER.
We have added a “Server environment” notice to the top of the screen when you open your server in the game panel. You can now see temporary interruptions and planned maintenance on the systems your server runs on, from your own screen.
What is shown
- Temporary interruptions detected — shown when our monitoring detects temporary interruptions on the systems this server runs on. You don’t need to do anything; we have also been notified automatically.
- Maintenance scheduled / Maintenance in progress — shows the date and time and what happens during the work (the server is stopped once, connections are briefly interrupted, the connection address changes, and so on).
- Status unavailable — shown when we are not receiving status information. This does not necessarily mean your server is affected.
Points to note
- Nothing is shown under normal conditions. There is no “all clear” badge or marker.
- The notice updates automatically. You do not need to reload the page.
- The notice appears in the language you have selected in the game panel. Dates and times are shown in Japan Standard Time (JST), with your device’s own time added when its time zone differs.
- The “Maintenance scheduled” notice can be hidden. A notice you hide disappears only in the browser you are using.
- Maintenance that affects you continues to be announced by email as before.
- Every server is covered, whatever the plan or title. No sign-up is needed.
When nothing is shown but the server still feels slow
In-game lag can also be caused by game settings, mods, the number of players, or the size of the world. We have put together a new help article covering what to check.
For details, see What to check when your server feels slow.
We look forward to continuing to serve you.
