A partial revision of our Terms of Service (clarifying how cancellation works)

Thank you for using BESTNET-GSERVER.

On 14 October 2026 we revised the “Service Cancellation” section of our Terms of Service (version 1.2). It states in the Terms what we have been doing all along; nothing is added to your costs or obligations. No action is needed on your side.

What changed

When you submit a cancellation request from the client portal, you have long been able to choose between two cancellation types, “Immediate” and “End of billing period”. The Terms, however, said only that “when a service is canceled, the game server instance will be deleted immediately”, which did not reflect how it actually works. We have now spelled out the following.

• You choose a cancellation type — “Immediate” or “End of billing period” when you submit the request (free plans offer “Immediate” only).
• If you choose “Immediate” — the game server instance is deleted at the time of the request, and all data on the server, including save data, configuration files and game-panel backups, is lost. The amount corresponding to the unused portion of the period is returned as account credit.
• If you choose “End of billing period” — you may keep using the service as usual until the last day of the billing period you have paid for. The service ends on that day, and the instance and the data on it are deleted. No refund is issued in this case. Any unpaid invoice already issued for the next period is cancelled automatically when the service ends.

Some service pages used to say that monthly plans “run to the end of the billing month”. A billing period does not line up with the end of the calendar month — it shifts if you ordered partway through a month — so those pages now read “until the last day of the billing period you have paid for (the day before the next due date)”. Each page also now states that choosing “Immediate” deletes the server and its data at that moment.
