TRANSPARENCY
Ending confusing pricing practices
The game server hosting industry is widespread with pricing practices that are difficult to understand.
We reject this.
Confusing Pricing
-
✗Cheap first month, skyrocketing prices the next month Promotions like “50% off first month” make the initial price appear low, only to multiply several times starting the following month.
-
✗Forced long-term upfront prepayment The advertised monthly rate only applies when paying 12 months upfront, while monthly payments are significantly higher.
-
✗First-year-only discounted pricing Prices like “first-year limited pricing” or “campaign pricing” are prominently displayed, while year-2+ rates and auto-renewal changes are obscured.
-
✗Cancellation fees and minimum contract periods Discounted plans come with termination fees within the contract period. Difficult to exit even when gaming needs change.
-
✗Auto-renewal pitfalls Auto-renewal applies the initial discount, then you discover months later that you’re being charged the full price (often 2–3x higher).
Clear & Transparent Pricing
-
✓Displayed price = amount charged The monthly rate shown on this page remains consistent. No hidden price increases.
-
✓Monthly billing · no long-term lock-in Simple monthly pricing only. No annual contracts or long-term binding.
-
✓Clear total pricing Both tax-excluded and tax-included amounts are shown side by side, so you see exactly what you’ll pay before ordering.
-
✓No cancellation fees · no minimum commitment Cancel anytime if your needs change. Zero termination charges.
-
✓One plan only. No additional charges for user count or features Your cost never changes based on player count or configuration. You pay only the monthly rate.

INFRASTRUCTURE
Unassuming preparation for reliability.
Our servers are housed in a data center equipped with the following infrastructure.
Equipment is operated with backup units included. A single machine failure does not directly cause service downtime.
Data is distributed across multiple NVMe SSDs. If one drive fails, your data is not lost.
We maintain multiple internet connection paths. If one path fails, communication continues uninterrupted.
In case of power outage, power does not stop. We have one more unit than needed. Even if one device fails, power supply continues.
A generator is installed to handle extended outages. It takes over once the UPS has stabilized power during a power loss event.
