Server hosting

Palworld

Dedicated server hosting for Palworld.
With automatic provisioning after ordering, config-loss protection and backups.
Cross-play across PS5, Xbox and PC, tracking Steam updates automatically.

Slot counts are a guideline for recommended concurrent players, and vary with world size, the amount of structures, and so on.
They are not guaranteed figures; please understand this in advance.

MIGRATION TRACK RECORD

You can migrate from Game Pass, too.

We support world migration from other hosts, home co-op games, and the Game Pass edition.

“I want to switch, but I’m afraid of losing my world.” — our free World Migration Import service is the answer. You simply upload your world data; we handle the import.

We have migrated a Game Pass world.

The Game Pass (Microsoft Store) edition uses a different save format from the Steam edition, which makes migration difficult — many players give up, believing they can never move to a dedicated server. We have actually migrated a Game Pass world onto our dedicated server, and the customer carried on playing right where they left off.

We have also migrated a home co-op world. A world you hosted at home (bases, Pals, progress) can be moved to our server. Note: because of how Palworld works, the host’s own character may not carry over (the world, bases and Pals do). Please talk to us beforehand.

About migration (provided on a best-effort basis)
Whether a migration is possible, and how complete it is, depends on the state of the source data and on Palworld’s own specifications. This service is therefore provided on a best-effort basis and we cannot guarantee the outcome. Corrupted source data, version differences, or Palworld updates may mean that some settings, progress or player data are not carried over, or that migration is not possible at all. We keep a temporary copy of your pre-migration data, but please also keep your own copy of the source data.

TRANSPARENCY

Putting an end to confusing pricing.

The game-server hosting industry is full of pricing practices that are hard to understand.
We refuse to accept that.

Common industry practices

Confusing pricing

  • Cheap first month, then a sharp jump Discounts like “50% off the first month” make the monthly price look low, then it multiplies from the second month.
  • Forced long-term prepayment A “¥xxx/mo” headline that only applies with a 12-month upfront payment, while paying monthly costs far more.
  • First-year-only discounted pricing “First-year price” or “campaign price” is shown prominently, hiding the regular price from year two and the change at auto-renewal.
  • Cancellation fees & minimum terms With a discount applied, cancelling within the term incurs a penalty, making it hard to leave even when your setup changes.
  • The auto-renewal trap It auto-renews from the intro price, and before you know it you’re billed the regular price (sometimes 2–3×).
Our promise

Clear, transparent pricing

  • Listed price = price you pay The monthly price shown on this page keeps applying as-is. There are no hidden increases.
  • Monthly billing, no lock-in Simple monthly-only pricing. No annual contracts or long-term lock-in.
  • Clear total pricing We show both tax-excluded and tax-included prices, so you can clearly confirm what you’ll actually pay before ordering.
  • No cancellation fee, no minimum term Cancel anytime when your setup changes. We never charge a penalty.
  • Prorated up/downgrades Plan changes settle only the difference. No need to “just pick the bigger plan to be safe.”

PAYMENT

We don’t store your card number.

Payments are processed by PayPal, Square and Stripe.

We never store your full card number

For card payments, the card number itself is held by our payment processor (Stripe), which is PCI DSS compliant. All we keep is the brand, last 4 digits and expiry date to identify the card, plus an encrypted token used for recurring billing.

We never store your security code

With any payment method, we never store your card’s security code (CVV / CVC).

3-D Secure supported

Stripe card payments support 3-D Secure, your card issuer’s cardholder authentication. VISA / Mastercard / JCB / American Express are accepted.

Here is exactly how each payment method is handled.

Stripe card payment (recurring; 3-D Secure supported)
The card number itself is stored securely by our payment processor (Stripe), which is PCI DSS compliant. We do not keep the full card number on our servers — only the brand, last 4 digits and expiry date to identify the card, plus an encrypted payment token used for recurring billing. Subsequent charges are processed with that token.
PayPal (recurring)
With PayPal recurring payments, your card details are stored neither on our servers nor by our payment processor. All we keep is the billing-agreement ID issued by PayPal and billing information such as the next charge date and amount. Your funding source (PayPal balance, linked bank account, linked card, and so on) stays entirely within your PayPal account.
Square (one-time)
Square payments are one-time only. Recurring billing is not supported, and we never store any information used for future charges (card details, tokens, and so on). To keep your service running, please complete the payment again at each renewal.
Cancel or remove a payment method at any time
You can remove or change a stored payment method, and cancel recurring billing, from the client portal at any time (for PayPal you can also cancel it from the “Automatic payments” settings in your PayPal account). There are no cancellation fees and no minimum term.

We issue an invoice about one week before the due date and email it to your registered address. For full details see Payment methods for usage fees →.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

We keep improving.

The main updates to our Palworld dedicated servers.

We continuously improve our Palworld dedicated servers to provide a more comfortable and stable environment.

July 2026
Support for the Palworld full release (1.0)

We carried out server-side work to align with the full release (1.0) on 10 July 2026. The voice chat feature added in the full release can be turned on or off from the startup settings in the game panel (no need to edit the config file directly).

Rubber-banding (stutter) monitoring and a review of resource sizing

We introduced monitoring that continuously watches server behaviour and detects signs of rubber-banding (stutter). Based on what it finds, we have tightened the resource allocation standard per server. We do not overpack our hosts; servers are sized with headroom.

Improved cross-play connectivity with PS5 and Xbox

We reviewed our server configuration for cross-play connections from consoles so that they connect more reliably. You can play with friends whatever platform they are on.

World Migration Import service launched

We launched a service that imports your world data into our servers — from another host, a home co-op game, the Game Pass edition and more. It is provided on a best-effort basis. See the World Migration section on this page for details.

Server time unified to Japan Standard Time (JST)

We unified the time shown in the management console and used by the scheduler to Japan time. Scheduling restarts and similar tasks is now clearer.

See improvements from June 2026 onwards
Automatic update and self-repair

Palworld is updated to the latest version automatically when the server restarts. In addition, our own server template detects and repairs inconsistencies in the config file, keeping operation stable.

* Only the main improvements are listed here.

WORLD MIGRATION

Bring your world with you.

We handle your move from another host or a home co-op world — end to end.

The world you have built on another rental host or in home multiplayer. “I want to switch, but I am afraid of losing my current world” — we take that worry off your hands.

Sound familiar?

Migrating a Palworld world has hidden pitfalls. Because of how the config files work, your server name or admin settings can stop applying — and deleting a single wrong file can wipe the entire world. Doing it yourself is a high-risk task if you are not used to it.

Leave it to us

With “World Migration Import,” all you do is upload your data. We handle the entire import. Your bases, your caught Pals, and your adventure progress all carry over to the new server.

From another rental serverFrom a home host / co-op multiplayer

We do not just swap files. We also carry over the game settings that are easily lost in a migration (XP multiplier, day/night cycle, and more), so the feel of your world stays the same. Down to the fine settings a plain copy or DIY migration would drop, we migrate carefully.

Bring the world you have built to a faster, smoother server.

Please note

  • This service imports your world data onto our servers. No file operations are required on your end.
  • Whether migration is possible and how complete it is depend on the state of the source data and on the game’s own specifications, so it is provided on a best-effort basis and results are not guaranteed.
  • In particular, for migrations from a home host (multiplayer), due to Palworld’s specifications some host-player data may not carry over.
  • Due to source-data corruption, version differences, Palworld updates, and similar factors, some settings, progress, or player data may not be reflected, or migration may not be possible at all.
  • We keep a temporary copy of the pre-migration data on our side, but please also keep your own backup of the source data just in case.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How soon can I use the server after ordering?
Once payment is complete, the server is built automatically. It is usually ready within a few to a few dozen minutes, and we email you when setup is done.
For what to do after setup, see Logging in to the game panel & feature overview .
Can I change my plan later?
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade anytime from the client portal. Your server data is kept, and billing is prorated.
For the steps, see How to upgrade/downgrade a game server .
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa / MasterCard / JCB / AMEX) and bank transfer. Once payment is complete, the server is built automatically.
For detailed payment steps, see How to pay your service fees .
How do I cancel or terminate?
Please submit a cancellation request from the client portal. There is no minimum term or cancellation fee whatsoever. Monthly plans run to the end of the billing month.
For the steps, see How to cancel a game-server service .
Are prices tax-included or tax-excluded?
The large prices on this page are all tax-excluded, with the tax-included amount (10% consumption tax) shown beneath. This keeps our notation consistent with our other services (cloud / VPS / GPU, etc.). You are billed the tax-included amount.
How do I invite friends?
Share your server’s connection info (IP address:port) with your friends. In Palworld, they can search by server name in the in-game “Community Server” list, or join by entering the IP address directly from “Join.” If your server has a password, share that as well.
Is cross-play with PS5 and Xbox supported?
Yes. Palworld supports cross-play across PC, PS5 and Xbox, and our servers appear in the in-game community server list. You can play together with friends on different platforms.
Can I restore from a backup?
Yes. Restore your world data in one click from the game panel’s Backup tab. We keep 3–30 generations of backups by plan, so you’re covered even if you accidentally lose a base or data.
Is it fine when Palworld updates?
Yes. Our server template is designed to track Palworld updates automatically. In particular, Palworld resets all settings if the config file format breaks, but we protect your settings automatically on every start. The full-release (1.0) update on July 10, 2026 was handled via the game’s automatic update, too.
Is the concurrent player count strictly enforced?
The slot count listed for each plan is a guideline for recommended concurrency, not a guaranteed figure. Actual behavior varies with world size, number of structures, connection environment and so on. Please treat it as a reference value.
Can I migrate my existing world from another host or from home?
Yes. We offer a free “World Migration Import” service. You simply upload your world data, and we handle the import. It covers migrations from other rental servers as well as from a home host / co-op multiplayer. We have also migrated a Game Pass (Microsoft Store) world — normally considered difficult — onto our dedicated server. Whether migration is possible and how complete it is depend on the source data and the game’s specifications, so it is provided on a best-effort basis. See the World Migration section on this page for details.
What time zone do the servers use? Can it be changed?
All our game servers use Japan Standard Time (JST). Both the management console and the scheduler are based on JST. We do not offer per-server time-zone changes; however, in-game time (day/night cycles, etc.) is independent of the server OS clock, so there is no impact on gameplay.

Note: In July 2026 we standardized the platform clock to Japan time. Servers created before then will switch to JST display after their next restart.
What time zone are schedules (e.g., auto-restart) based on?
Schedules are based on Japan Standard Time (JST). For example, “restart daily at 4:00” runs at 4:00 AM Japan time.
Do I need to apply Palworld updates (patches) manually?
No. Simply restart your server — the latest version is automatically downloaded and applied on startup (auto-update is enabled by default). No manual SteamCMD commands are needed.

[SYSTEM] Auto Update on Boot (Startup tab / default: on): toggles auto-update. Disable only if you want to pin a specific version.
[SYSTEM] Validate Files on Update (repair) (default: off): re-fetch with file-integrity check (repair mode). If startup issues occur, enable temporarily → restart → then turn it back off.
Do you store my card details?
No. We never store your card’s security code (CVV / CVC) with any payment method. For card payments, the card number itself is held by our payment processor (Stripe), which is PCI DSS compliant; all we keep is the brand, last 4 digits and expiry date, plus an encrypted token used for recurring billing. With PayPal, your card details are stored neither on our servers nor by our payment processor. See the Payment section on this page for details.
