Set a join password

  1. Log in to the game panel and select your Soulmask server.
  2. Open the Startup screen in the game panel.
  3. Enter the password you want to use in the Server Password field.
  4. Restart the server.
The server control buttons at the top of the game panel: Start, Restart and Stop
Once you have entered it, press Restart to apply it
What you type is saved automatically, but it does not take effect until the server has been restarted.

Leave it blank and it becomes a public server

Server Password is blank by default. If you leave it blank, it becomes a public server that anyone can join.To go back to a public server, empty this field and restart.
This password is the one for joining. It is a different thing from Admin Password, which is used for in-game admin rights. For the admin password, see How to become an admin on your server.
